Quattro

My partner and I ate at Quattro for dinner on a quiet Thursday night and could have been more impressed, Julian's cocktails were amazing, and he has exceptional amount of information about the wines on the menu. We went with the trust the chef menu and are glad we did, sharing 9 dishes between the pair of us, everything was beautifully presented and tasted as good as it looked. we will certainly be back in future, and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for a high quality, but relaxed eating experience.

Just popped in for 2 hot chocolates and banana bread. Very pleasant location and plenty of space to sit either in or out. Bright and north facing. Hot chocolates were nice but no marshmallows. Banana bread very nice. Quick service.

I had my birthday party at Quattro on the 8th of May, we were able to book out the whole venue, the owner worked with us on a menu that catered to my favourite food and i was able to decorate the venue the way i wanted. The staff were all friendly, the food was fantastic, the whole vibe of the night was fab. Part of having an awesome party is the guests but a huge part is keeping your guests happy and Quattro nailed it, 10/10 for flexibility, customer service and food, they made u feel welcome and part of the family, will absolutely be back.

What an amazing experience! 4 of us went to Quattro to celebrate my partners birthday and we all decided to have the "Chef's Choice" which is an 8 course menu. We often dine out and in the past have chosen the degustation menu mostly in fine dining restaurants in Sydney. Words cannot explain how amazing our experience was. Every course took us on a journey and was absolutely delicious. Julien and the staff were amazing, informative with the wine list and amazing customer service not to mention also being pet friendly. Ben the Chef also made time to check that we were happy with our meal. For us this is one of the best meals we have had in a long time and would highly recommend this place. It’s so refreshing to have a friendly casual atmosphere on the coast with 5 star quality. Well done guys, keep up the good work! We will definitely be back. Cheers, Gary

Great new destination on the Central Coast. New management and menu is phenomenal. Sophisticated dining, amazing range of quality wines and cocktails available. It has been our favourite dining experience this year.

We attended the first evening and it was amazing. Great ambiance, amazing food and wines to die for. The service was perfect. Well done Julien and his team.

one of my favourite restaurants on the coast!! Service was great, cocktails are amazing and the head chef ben is such an amazing cook!! i love how you have the option of 'trust the chef' i think it is an amazing idea to try new things you havent thought of!! high recommend!!

Had the nasi goreng with prawns and it was delicious. We're going back on Friday night for the tapas and music.

We have dined at Quattro a number of times. Julian and Ben's enthusiastic knowledge and stunning food deserve five stars. Quattro is a gem.
