Puffing Billy Cafe & Bar

From the outside this place appears to be a place just for tourists but we were very pleasantly surprised with the delicious food, excellent coffee and great prices. The customer service was excellent and everything was very quick to come out even though they were a bit busy. We will definitely be back.

To be honest, I didn't have high expectations of the food here. It looks like an old cafe that's been around for the past 50 years. But I was in for a HUGE surprised. Had the best lunch ever! The prices are really cheap for what you get. Check out my uploaded pics of the Double Wagyu burger and the chicken mushroom pasta. Will definitely come back again. The only thing which I wish they would improve is the coffee. Terrible.

Nice little cafe in the beautiful belgrave area with a great extensive menu covering a range of breakfast and lunch options! Ordered the "Billy Benedict" which was very tasty with delicious braised chorizo and perfectly poached eggs. Loved the combination with avocado salsa and hollandaise with it! Also had the "Big Byrd Burger" which was huge!! Nice fresh soft milk bun with crispy chicken and delicious dill mayo. really good! Very enjoyable first experience with great service, good food and that warm country town vibe. Will definitely come back!

A lovely cafe in a beautiful area of Melbourne. There is such a wide variety of dishes, there will be something for everyone. From delicious burgers to flavoursome pastas. The staff are very friendly & welcoming!

I am a local and have tried every cafe on the belgrave main street and this cafe had the best breakfast compared to others. The food was fresh, great portions and value for money. The thick shake was so thick and tasty that I had it straight from the glass and didn't use a straw. Very satisfied. Will go back again. Highly recommend.

This place is full of flavour! The food is exceptional and great for the pricing of their foods, and have an amazing range of different foods. Will be going back again and again!

Amazing food awesome coffee and the best brewed chai in the hills

Lovely, friendly staff, great coffee & lots of choices on the menu to keep the whole family happy. The service is way better & much faster than many of the other cafes in Belgrave
