This place is buzzing! The upstairs space is stunning and the downstairs level is lively. Here for the second time. The menu looks like a combination of healthy and tasty. Can't wait to try the other food on the menu. Amazing service, excellent food and great coffee.

Great coffee, warm smiles always greet you. Good selection of vegetarian options available, my favourite so far is the cashew cheese & roasted cherry tomatoes on sourdough. The open fireplace is so nice on a chilly morning.

My friends and I tried this new cafe last weekend. We were seated upstairs. The whole space had such a pleasant and calm vibe. This cafe is quite young in the area but very popular for many reasons...great & friendly service, excellent food and professional management. Would definitely come back again. Precinct 37 is my new home away from home. Delectable wine list, delicious dishes and a wonderful selection of pastries. Their croissants are perfectly flakey and filled with buttery goodness. With its French bistro vibe, it takes me back to my time in Paris.

I never once wanted to write a review but what my wife and I experienced at Precinct 37 was truly amazing. One of the owners, Petch, warmly greeted us. He was knowledgeable, professional & friendly. The food was incredible. Superb in all areas. Definitely not your ordinary cafe.

A MUST TRY! It's hard to miss this gem. From the moment you see the unique GREEN DOOR to the open window that lets you peak into the cafe from where you are - YOU WON'T BE DISAPPOINTED! There is something for everyone. The moment you are greeted and enter Precinct37 you feel WARMTH & WELCOMED! I have been twice since they opened (I was at the opening). The owners Leo & Petch know what they are doing - quality service, delicious food, amazing atmosphere and vibe and helpful & attentive staff are the sure recipe to why they continue to be busy during service times. The food is absolutely impressive, the magician in the kitchen makes the most absolute scrumptious dishes. The beef & chicken burgers ARE THE BEST!!! The onion rings on the beef burgers MOUTH-WATERING!!! Wanting something light, refreshing & filling - go for "The Glory". The pastries are delectable. When I couldn't choose between the almond croissant, cinnamon scroll or tart I JUST HAD THEM ALL... I am a girl living in Leppington who travels to Annandale because IT'S WORTH IT! Always leaving full & happy. I can't wait to make many more trips over with more family & friends so they too can get the PRECINT37 experience :)

Precinct 37 is my new favourite cafe in Annandale! Every time I visit, whether it's with a friend, my partner or my kids, I'm always welcomed with warmth, and super friendly service. The coffee always hits the spot, and the food is a great mix of healthy and delicious. :)
