For the price of the room I was definitely expecting more. While I appreciated the complimentary room upgrade I found quite a few issues with the room. 1. The cleanliness was definitely not up to a standard I would expect for the cost. Cobwebs throughout the hotel and rooms, thick layers of dust on exposed light bulbs in the lamps a mouth mark on a glass. This also includes general maintenance as I noticed that the brass door knob was turning green and was very wobbly on the door. 2. We paid extra to get the breakfast buffet, and I can't say it was great. Tried the hash brown 2 mornings in a row and both times they had a weird taste to them, scrambled eggs were quite runny both mornings it was just all in all a less than average breakfast. 3. Customer service could use a little bit of work. We noticed that while some people stopped to chat to their friends before checking in for breakfast, the gentleman behind the coffee counter kept calling out to them and telling them to check in for breakfast. 4. The bathroom... again as much as I appreciated the upgrade, if I had known that it was a shower tub I would have declined. If like me you have an injury that stops you from being able to get into shower tubs, this place may not be ideal for you. The bathrooms could definitely do with an upgrade. 5. The beds were way too soft. A cloud would of been firmer to sleep on.

Cheap and cheerful I would say. No way this hotel is 4.5 stars though! Decor and rooms like something out of the 1970s, although the bar area has some charm to it and the buffet breakfast is solid. Check out this thermostat though!

We had stayed 3 nights there. It is a very nice place. It is not a new place but Room was spotless clean. This place is different from the normal.I am There is a grande garden in the middle of the building, very lovely. It gives me a calm feeling when I go there. I would like to mention that breakfast. Good selection of fresh and cooked food. Fresh baked danishes are super delicious. Let the staff know how you prefer the egg cooked. Italian style coffees are not included in the price, the rest of the breakfast drinks are included. $20 per person if you let reception know before 11pm the night before. It's worth.

This hotel was perfect for our winter wedding with a climate controlled indoor space that still felt like an outdoor space. Special thanks to Nicole from the Pavilion in making sure everything went perfectly. Our families enjoyed their stay.
