staff was friendly and helpful when I had a booking. not a fan of the no split bills situation but it's to be expected.

Customer service is dreadful and food is awful!! City Extra is a far better option

I have eaten here several times and have always been satisfied until I packed it away for the first time today. This rib is only half the size of the dine-in, right? Unbelievable!!!

Solid dessert venue. Went with a large group for the pancakes - was not disappointed. Service was friendly and quick and everyone was happy with their choices. They made us all sign in individually to the COVID app, and wouldn’t let us add anyone to our sign in, which was a bit unusual but probably a good thing that the restaurant is taking it’s obligations seriously.

The food is good always open for a feed to bad they are moving. Some foods expensive the reat is definetly worth it

The institution has moved from it's old place, still in the rocks. Larger, nicer spot. Waitress was awesome and very helpful and not annoying kids a lot of others. Had the playing stack and added the butter scotch sauce

I'm a sucker for the plain arcades with maple syrup and butter. Doesn't get better!

Ordered a chicken and mushroom crepe, basic salad, no chicken in the crepe, just a pre-made sauce thrown by the looks of things. Ordered a pizza, wasn't fully cooked, still doughy. Hard to get that wrong but they did. Not sure why this place has so many good reviews. I know their pancakes are actually good but the other food is very poor, would avoid that stuff.

Such terrible service. Staff seem to go out of their way to ignore customers when they’re waiting for a table, waiting to order food or waiting to pay the bill.

we were here this morning and ordered big brekkie and panckaces.panckaces were almost good but bacon's weren't crispy and almost raw. hashbrowns was tasteless and tomato's on the side didnt cook well.also we ordered small late but they brought us a big mug.cinammon panckace was almost good

The pancake selection is awesome. Reminds me so much of IHOP. Best place for late night food

Comparing the same stuff restaurant, food is not too good but ok, staff will let you order some dressing but it doesn’t need actually

It's s classic! Live that the one in Rocks is 24x7. Love the vibe of the place. However, quality of the good has detoriated post covid. Hoping for a good back from them.

The staff is super rude and did not allow my friend in even though I had checked her in on the NSW covid application with all the details. She said she couldn't see the phone number on my phone but did not even ask for it while checking her in manually.
