Om Cafe

I’ve never felt more uncomfortable in a public place, ever. The woman behind the counter was so unfriendly, her partner (?) who was sitting with a group of men in the cafe was the same. I asked if they had a high chair as it was just my baby and I after a long day of swimming in the pools, they told me they didn’t have any but “the better option” is to sit on the ground where they had a small table surrounded by pillows-obviously they don’t have kids. For a toasted sandwich and chips from a bag, it was extremely overpriced. If you have kids and appreciate decent service, bring your own lunch or find somewhere else.

Delicious home cooked food, beautifully displayed on plates. Owner Glen friendly and helpful. Well worth the stop for the food and just across the road from the rock pools.

Absolutely love this place. Great atmosphere, great food and lovely kind service. Love how Om cafe takes measures to be sustainable and eco friendly!

Wow! We just had banana waffles with maple syrup, ice cream and cream between two. The perfect amount to keep you going and the serving size made it definitely worth it. They topped it off with a sprig of mint straight from the garden. The staff were very friendly and obliging to create a meal to suit your appetite. What a great little courtyard to sit out and listen to the birds and children playing over the road. Also a little kids corner inside for their entertainment with colouring pencils. Great little place to stop.

Don't let the name fool you. Staff were bickering with each other and I waited 45 mins for scones to be heated up and was treated like a menace when I followed this up. Was a total drainer to the end of the day! BYO FOOD TO CURRUMBIN ROCK POOLS!!!!!!!!

Super friendly staff, lovely food and a nice range of snacks.

Great service, nice vibe. There is even a guitar to play while you wait for your order. The Chai is home made and the nicest I’ve tasted. Staff are lovely and have a great energy.

Good coffee and dal curry. I liked a lot.

Very tasty and authentic chai latte, coffee and smoothies. Nice atmosphere. Unfortunately the overall concept is not very eco friendly as all cutlery and plates are disposable. Even if it is recyclable, resources are wasted (wood) and energy is consumed. This does not really align with the Om-way-of-life.
