Excellent atmosphere!! The staff are friendly and very helpful. The menu is just great, I tried the buffalo wings with chips. You can choose Big Plate or Small Plate deals, both of which are generously served.. even kid's plate are available here. Vegetarian menu as well. Highly recommended place. Go here to feel the past come to life with what theyve done with the atmosphere.

The kangaroo was pretty good once I combined it with mustard and hot sauce. These contents were available on the cutlery stand next to the kitchen. It would have been great if they added a sauce as a side. It was a bit weird that they put chips are in the salad. The chips list its crispness when it was all mixed in with the ingredients

Thoroughly enjoyed an early dinner here on ANZAC Day. Nice, family-friendly atmosphere. Heaps of areas to socialise or hide and have a quiet drink. Food was reasonably priced and good quality. Excellent selection of indie beers. Kangaroo cooked perfectly. Staff friendly and the venue appeared well run on what was a busy day.

Always a great selection of beers on a revolving menu. Food is fast and delicious. Ample outdoor seating but the best place on a cold winter day (if you can get it) are the lounges near the fireplace. Delightful.

Really nice pub in Lyneham, mix of in and (primarily) outdoor seating. There is also an outside smoking area (but no food allowed). Chips and nachos were great, but the fish was a little sad. The beers on tap were awesome, I liked the pink lady apple cider by cider thief the best. Busy place, so come early, or late!

Nothing beats hiding from Canberra’s cold weather inside a cozy pub with a fireplace a lots of wood. Great selection of beers and live music during the week

Despite being so busy, we still received high quality & delicious food & their chips were proper freshly made chips, amazing! The staff were friendly & hard working also! There's nothing more I can say then, it's a great place & I'd recommend going there.

The menu is excellent and the kitchen are always consistent... always! We found a lost dog on our way to lunch and the amazing staff set us up outdoors with heaters and a water bowl and a snack for the puppy. So accomodating and patient.
