if i could give this place a 0 i would. it is not COVID safe at all. a cook your own toasties on a toasty machine that doesn't work after leaving it on there for 20 minutes it was still like warm bread. the coffee is hot milk with minimal coffee in it.

Great coffee with views across the water. Have a look at the locals queuing out the door and let that define your decision.

After paying for a toasted sandwich, I was told I had to toast it myself. The staff member then pointed to a cheap sandwich press in the front corner of the cafe. After awkwardly waiting in the busy cafe for 30mins, I removed my untoasted / cheese not even slightly melted sandwich, walked out and threw it straight into the bin. If you expect customers to cook their own food, maybe invest in better appliances.

Poor management & mistreatment of loyal long term customers. They "track" usage of loyalty cards by multiple staff watching for when you come in to buy coffee but this is very flawed and inaccurate as the staff can make mistakes, forget to mark it down or don't take cards that had stamps prior to the tracking period into account. They then assume the customer is cheating the system and deny they came in twice a day for coffee. Owner refuses to answer or return calls to try and resolve their mistake & misunderstanding. If they are going to accuse customers in this way they need to overhaul their system to be accurate & fair.
