Good food for the price
Food not that good
For the price it is unbelievable. Go for a run then bring your mates. You will not be disappointed with the quality of the all you can eat. Will be back!
Good food, good service, good variety, reasonable price
Awesome. Nice food
Came here on 22 May 2021, first time for us as well. Ensure to book and be on time for your dinner session. Recommendations:👍 - pay cash, $38.5pp, to avoid surcharge prices - order the next lot as soon as your first order is served - home made green tea ice cream, quite creamy and not very matcha, subjected to personal preferences Not recommended: 👎 - squid option, it was a tad smelly and chewy - miso soup was quite salty, save your belly room for more steak 😄
This place is very popular and it's unsurprising because of its 'All you can eat' for $35.. there is a very good selection of dishes they are small... but good for sharing. The drinks list is very and well priced. All in all if you like Japanese food Okami is worth a visit
Fantastic! Cold, rainy Tuesday night at the Caulfield restaurant - and still a queue out the front for the 7.45 sitting. Full restaurant, but very comfortable, cosy and not too noisy compared to the deafening Saturday dinner at the Chelsea Heights Okami a few months ago. Staff were very obliging, couldn't fault the service. Food was excellent and plentiful, especially considering the price. We ordered 6-7 entrees for the three of us, followed by another sushi platter and 4-5 mains - then black sesame ice cream and green tea taiyaki. Very full and happy :)
First time here and didn’t realise it was all you could eat! Haha Food was good and plentiful, service was a bit slow but the place was packed and what do you expect for $34.80. It would have been good if the waitress knew what an Asahi beer was, but again the staff have to be hard working and inexpensive to make it all work. Overall a great night out!
The food range is great and the "all you can eat" certainly means you won't walk away hungry. Food is prepared relatively quickly but is still tasteful. The dessert menu is very limited (4 choices, 3 are ice-cream) and some of the waitresses do have a tendency to mumble, which is hard to hear when the place is busy. Otherwise get your appetite and enjoy a feast of your own creation.
