Oasis Fairfield

Great food.

Love the oasis experience it has something for everyone! Coffee was spot on, the pumpkin in pastry was delicious and so was the lamb pizza. Highly recommend this place if you are in Fairfield. Staff are lovely, great vibe as well.

Wow, don't know why I have not been here more often. Its huge, full of delightful food ready to eat and things to buy for later. Nice area upstairs for catered groups.

Nice cafe offering a range of middle eastern food. The pizza was an interesting version of the Italian. The fried Halloumi was delicious and noteworthy. The chicken and beef spring rolls were nice, but not particularly memorable. And the chicken and lamb skewers were tasty. The venue also housed a deli offering a wide range of prepared food, and groceries. Well worth a browse.

Just the best café and supermarket. Delicious middle eastern food and I have never found such a selection of spices in Melbourne. The only problem is I come here too often...

Have always loved shopping there and recently got a deli platter and fruit platter. Fabulous! Super easy ordering process and good for dietary requirements. Quality of the food was excellent and it was all fresh and beautifully presented. Excellent value and all round good experience. Will absolutely order from again.

Ordered the bbq box and Lebanese spring rolls dine in. Lebanese spring rolls were basically hollow with way less filling than you used to get. You have to order at the takeaway counter then collect your food when the buzzer goes. Everything is self serve in terms of water, cutlery, menus. It's a bit disappointing because you lose the cafe vibe and it's more like a food court. Food took about 20 mins to come. The cafe downstairs has been half overtaken by homewares since COVID started. The tables are now quite cramped and very loud.

How much do I love Oasis? I find any reason to visit this neighbourhood and head in for one of their amazing wraps. Plenty of vegan options too! The supermarket is really well stocked with great products. Have found many hard to find spices on the shelves here.

Is that frozen puff pastry you are passing off as Lebanese pizza (manoush)? You've strayed so far from a glorious food culture you should just call it Bob's Cafe.
