Its a nice room. The layout of the rooms are a little confusing and the staff directing us gave us completely wrong information as to where our room is but, we figured it out in the end. Everyone else is very friendly and I have had no major complaints.

Really enjoyable stay here, place looks even better in person I have to say. It’s a big complex but we didn’t feel like it was overrun with guests as we didn’t see many others. We had a corner room with the biggest balcony on the lot which was great, pool view was also very nice. The pool itself is huge and really nice with deck chairs around the outside including a poolside toilet and shower. Water is fresh but that is good after a warm, humid day of checking out the Broome sights. Breakfast is good although after a few days I got a bit tired of the eggs, tomatoes, bacon etc. Some Mushrooms and perhaps a few more exciting cereals wouldn’t go amiss but I am nitpicking here. Staff also very friendly and happy and I think I would be happy too if I was working in such a nice, well run resort. Being in Town Beach it is around a 20-25 minute walk into Chinatown depending on walking speed but there is a Broome Explorer bus stop 150m away which takes you there in 5-7min for $4.50. All in all an enjoyable stay and I hope to return one day!

Friendly staff nice rooms. However was confused why there were no shower doors?? This meant the floor was constantly wet and we had to use towels to stand on after we the bath mat was soaked. I feel this floor would be very dangerous for older people not to mention falling on to hard tiles. Hope next revamp is shower doors .

We arrived & had to have Covid test & isolate. Staff had no process in place to deal with this. They did their best but the place seems understaffed.

Good location. Reception staffs can be better organised . Some of them can be more friendly. Experienced delays in checking. Reasonable size room.

The Hotel itself is quite nice.. Lovely Staff.. Nice, well appointed Twin Room with comfy beds. No one to help you with your luggage though and a Mud Map to find your own room... daily room clean wasnt always that great. Hotel is in a good location with beautiful park overlooking Roebuck Bay.. Liquor Land, Convenience Shop and the Museum all over the road.. bus stop close by. Not airconditioned but a good service. I was mainly disappointed with the Menu and that the Resteraunt wasn't open for lunch. Lighting on stairs at night could be better, the pools off limits by sunset and The gardens could do with some attention too. But having said all that... Broome itself wasn't as I remember it 15 yrs ago. Work going on everywhere. Resteraunts and shops dont open until later or the evening.... Definitely need a car to get around. Yeah.. all around I found my weeks holiday just a bit disappointing.

Nice modern hotel good facilities laundry, pool and restaurant. Bar doesn't open until 5pm a bit of an issue if you want drinks around the pool as pool closes at sunset.

Average.Needs to improve on customer service,cleanliness of rooms,quality of breakfast buffet.The bed was comfortable and it is quite central,reasonably quiet.

We stayed a month back. It appeared severely understaffed. It isn’t 5 star as mentioned on some sites and not worth what we paid. There was no room servicing. Only towels were changed. Doona was vaguely pulled up on top of obviously slept on pillows and sheets…. It took two days to have someone come and fix the faulty safe. The bathroom wasn’t cleaned for the duration we were there. The main pool was lovely but full of leaves…Nothing ever seemed to be cleaned. I’m unsure if it’s lack of staff training or lack of staff or a combination of both. I was really reluctant to leave this review. I would prefer to leave a positive review. Therefore I contacted management asking if they had any comment first. They responded a week later asking me for room number in order to ‘help me’. I provided my room number and date that we were there. They took another week to respond to me saying they needed to know which resort I was referring to ‘in order to help’. I provided that. There has been no response a week later.
