Quality of wait staff - kind, friendly and willing to listen and help. 4 stars. Quality of food - very tasty and good portion size. Not overly pricey or expensive for the nature of food. 5 stars. Quality of coffee - very well balanced and nicely done. 5 stars.

Having seen such positive reviews, I had high expectations for O'Nikki. Unfortunately, I was left with mixed feelings. As a coffee enthusiast, I was particularly excited for the coffee because they roasted their own beans, but this was a letdown. I ordered a cold brew and that was a watery, tasteless drink with excessive ice. The food was a slight improvement though average, as was the service. Ambience was more like what you'd find in a night club or bar as they blasted loud music which made it very hard to have a conversation with my friend.

Loved O'Nikki! The drinks were amazing in particular the watermelon smoothie and the coffee was pretty good too. It is not often that I look at a menu and want to try multiple things. I ended up choosing the Turkish eggs and I was not disappointed. Will definitely be returning :)

Great place with great varaety of different dishes. I tried the Big breakfast which was the best I ever had so far. Keep doing that way guys.

Food is good and coffee is always good! Thought I’d give her the benefit of the doubt the second and third time I went with the service, but customer service was pretty poor and hasn’t really improved. Pretty disappointing.

We went here for breakfast last weekend and it was absolutely amazing! The food here is as delicious as it looks. Highly recommend! ☺️

Great refurbished...I used to stop here for coffee and breakfast over the years under the previous management.

Too much money for little food with fancy names

We enjoyed a delicious lunch here today. We were a group of 4 and were seated almost immediately without a wait. We ordered coffees and fruit juices which were served in a timely manner. The coffees were hot and well made. The menu here is interesting with lots of variety, something for most tastes and dietary requirements. I enjoyed the roast chicken salad. The chicken was tender and beautifully presented with the salad. The only downside is the cafe is very noisy. It's your typical well decorated cement cell with very little soft furnishings to absorb sound which is not assisted by the loud music playing. The staff were wearing Covid compliant facemasks but you could not hear a word they were saying due to the loud music etc. Our waitress seemed to get annoyed when asked to repeat what they were saying. Turn the music down, that may help. Especially whilst masks are mandatory. Other than this, it was an enjoyable experience.
