Noodle and Dumpling at Westpoint

The food is good, but way too overpriced. Also the wait for the food to come out is also a let down. You can get the same food in Cabramatta for 60% cheaper than this place. Thumbs down

The laksa soup wasn't as good as it used to be now... A little disappointing.

the food was pretty average it came out quickly though, but the best part was when the kids couldn't finish their meal and I asked for takeaway containers they wanted to charge me extra for the container. anywhere else I've ever been simply gives you a container so you can take the meal you already paid for home. now it was only 30c per container but after purchasing a over $70 worth of average food it seems like a really petty thing to ask for more money to let me take away my food

I visited noodle and dumpling on the 28th February, and was appalled at the service my friends and I received. Upon finishing our meal we thanked the waitress (Susan) who was collecting our plates, in return she began to comment on the weight of my friends and I "you two are so skinny,...(looking towards my friend) you not so skinny, you need to stop eating, maybe if you got boyfriend he would make you stop eating *laughs*, you are a solid one, aren't you..." Susan continued to tell my friend she was fat for the next 10 minutes. This behaviour was unprofessional, unacceptable, and above all cruel. I cannot recommend that anyone visit noodle and dumpling, as nobody should have to experience something so traumatic, as we did. I believe that to rectify this Susan should no longer work at the establishment, as she is a detrimental member of your team, and takes away from your delicious food.

Very nice and delicious food they have.. Worth eating in this yummy goodness..

The chicken laksa is nice. The broth is flavourful and the noodles were as expected. The shallot pancake is underwhelming, it just tastes fried? there is hardly any taste to it. The fried rice is good. The chicken satay was alright but the actual sauce came in a separate place and was not covering the satay like normal chicken satay.

Service was good however the food was very bad I ordered pork and chicken dumplings and the dumpling wrapper was nearly 1cm thick all round with a little teaspoon of filling inside with the meat being chewy I got satay noodles and they were overcooked and like mush

"Create your own food" didn't work out for us. We don't wanna think too much when ordering food. Menu was pretty limited if not ordering from create your own food section. Egg noodle soup with wonton was nice. Tasty soup, perfectly cooked noodle and delicious wonton with little pieces of prawns. Fried rice and Mongolian lamb was presented nicely and generous serving. Pan fried vegetarian dumplings were also nice. Wish dumpling skins were a little thinner. Stir fried chicken and vegetables was super spicy as suggested in menu. Service was fast and efficient. Outdoor seating was nice but wish staffs pay more attention to cleanliness of tables. Our table was sticky. Prices were reasonable. This might be why this restaurant is so popular.
