Noodle and Dumpling at Westpoint

The food here is so good! Fresh, hot and full of flavor. Staff are very efficient. The Shanghai Xiao Long Bao (Shanghi soup dumplings) are delicious. If you aren't ready for the soup when they burst in your mouth the first time, it's a surprise (I've had these at other places years ago, but hubby had never tried them. His face was priceless!). The spring rolls were very hot, very crispy and not at all oily/greasy. While I try something new here each time, hubby sticks to ordering his favorite satay chicken and boiled rice. It has a little kick that builds, but isn't immediately spicy or blow your head off spicy. Just because I could, I started dipping my spring rolls in hubby's satay sauce. OH. MY. GOODNESS! I'm eating all spring rolls with satay sauce on future! They really should bottle and still this satay sauce.

First time here with the family. Had a bit of a hick up with one of the orders but it was fixed quickly. The food is top notch 10/10 in taste and presentation. The food was served hot and fast Customer service is wonderful and the staff were amazing especially the gentleman running the floor. Thank you for making our experience a wonderful one.

I got exactly what I asked for and it came out quick

Came here for my daughters birthday and of all the places she could have picked, she loves the casual atmosphere and enjoys the food. We've been several times. The staff are always lovely and the service is so so quick. The prices are very good too.

I recommend the broth filled dumplings ☺☺☺ so yummy. Also their laksa is pretty good for two people to share 😁 They also have mango pancakes 😄😄

Their dumplings are delicious ! Our fav are the pan fried pork dumplings, nasi goreng with fried pork. Their laksa is on the sweet side but all their other meals are tasty too, worth trying out.

Waited for our takeaway meal for over 30 minutes while staff prioritised packing orders for Menulog customers. After reminding them of our order multiple times they still managed to accidentally pack our dumplings and give them to another customer who ordered well after us. When we complained to the owner of the shop, the excuse given was that it was due to having new employees working. Food was cold by the time we received it as some was ready 30 minutes before the dumplings. Edit: In response to the owner saying the orders were delivered in the order they were received, at no point did we ask for, or expect our food to be provided faster than other customers. We would have been delighted if the food arrived in the order it was received by the shop. The staff informed us themselves after we asked the status of our order they had “mixed up on our dockets”. Also the first time we asked for a status update was when we were approached by your staff asking if we had received our mango pudding, this was after customers that had ordered after us had received there food and left - with orders that were much larger than ours, there was no pestering involved or expectation food is magically created quicker in a restaurant.

It was our first visit to this restaurant. Very disappointed with the staff. When it was cold outside and when there was enough seating available inside the restaurant, the young man wanted us to sit outside, that too even after we requesting him for a table inside. Sorry to say, for whatever reason, that’s not the best thing to do. Forced to put one star, because that staff didn’t give us a chance to experience the taste or to revisit the place.. :(

Horrible food and delivery with Menulog. I waited 3 hours for a bland soup. Menulog kept on giving me pushed ETA and keep on offering $10 vouchers which I dont need. I need my food on time! 3hrs is practically the time to digest food. What a joke.

The best beef noodle soup and pork fired dumplings. Never changes in taste and always on point. My husband and l eat here every week.👌👌👌👌👌👌👌👌👌
