Neptunes was the perfect choice for the perfect event!
Seriously don't even waste your time checking out the other places, I've already done that! Compared prices, service, views and venue this place takes the cake!
Even leading up to the event Taha the manager was in constant contact with me, the music was my choice, the projector displayed the photos of my little one as the event rolled on, all the special dietary requirements were met, everything was magical!
Even their flexibility was amazing they didn't make me feel like they wanted me to book with them just to squeeze out as much money as possible from me, which is what other places made me feel like. In fact I requested to not just bring in a cake externally but also a dessert. This dessert was sentimental because it was being handmade by the birthday girls nonna. And without a flinch Taha was like no problem!!!!
The list goes on! Made my life easier! I'm such an organised person and like things a particular way and he just made things happen! Things like:
- allowing me to drop off cake, backdrop, centrepieces the night before
- following a floor plan so everyone sat in the right spaces
- catered to babies and children to ensure they were included but didn't get in the way of the event
- came around to make sure everything was okay with ALL the guests
- the list goes on I seriously cannot fault these guys!
In summary, look no further for your events, birthday, christenings, work functions, anything! These guys are so professional and most importantly didn't serve food that tasted like cardboard! Hahahah so generous with their portion sizes and delicious food!
Most importantly! Grab their coffee and stare out onto the ocean views from their balcony, my words cannot do that experience justice. Just go do it!
