Food came out fairly quickly and was quite fresh. Glad to see sauces are now easily available on the counter!

Disappointed, we went to have dinner with my wife and we couldn't dine in because at 8:30 the have already packed all the chairs, the floor was totally wet, from a sec we thought the business was closed. It supposed to be open till 10pm. Anyway we had to take away our dinner, the food felt like was the left overs, overcooked. Unfortunately I think we are not coming back to this place anything.

Very personable service in a smaller Nandos restaurant

Waited 2 hours to have cold food and a warm drink delivered. So yeah... ridiculous is a word that comes to mind.

Nandos Duncraig used to be the best Nandos in Perth. Now, it's easily one of the worst. Ever since the Kiwi manager moved on, they brought in a new restaurant manager who does not give two s**ts. On multiple occasions I have ordered chicken and asked for extra basting (as most people who go to Nandos do.) Not only do they no longer give extra basting, but almost every time I have ordered from there in the last year the chicken has been completely burnt. It's really sad to see because the previous manager (I believe her name was Rea??) was amazing. She would always greet you with a smile and made sure the food was always perfect. This new manager needs to be sacked. If it was once or twice I would forgive, but this restaurant has been on a steady decline ever since she arrived.

I ordered the chicken ribs which were very dry with no sauce and the sweet potatoes chips were burnt and looked like they were cooked hours ago. Really disappointing

Consistently poor value and long wait times. $19.95 for a Paella grande........ I think I get more at a Chinese takeaway . Mostly rice with half a breast Of chicken if that ............ Won’t be going back .
