The lady who made our coffee was quite rude.I was waiting for our takeaway for more than 20 minutes, so I decided to give her a constructive feedback, I said can you please next time tell me that there will be a long wait, however she spoke over me and ignored my feedback in a disrespectful way. She said you have to understand that we are busy, so I asked for her name but she refused to give it to me. If there is a zero, I would give it to this place but I will never give them business again.

Excellent service. The Mrs tried a slice of brownie with a dash of ice cream. I had the mushroom bruschetta. Great taste and freshness can be felt. Coffees are above average too. My rating is based on the service and food.

The prices are high for the area. but the customer service experience is by far the best ever!!! Very clean great attention to detail, good variety of food, all staff are very well trained this is the reason I give them 5 stars because they really deserve it.

My best cafe in penrith! The staff is very attentive and amazing! Food is so good! I miss their veggie burger with green lentil patty. Can't find any other like it. Plz bring it back!
