Nachos Cantina Mt Waverley

Pretty average. Better go to gyg or fonda

Mt Waverley's most family friendly restaurant which has a great Mexican atmosphere, and lovely warm service. The portions are on the generous side and are available with a range of spice levels to cater for everybody. Great range of margarita and desert options as well. Everytime I have been there it has been busy, so probably best to reserve a table beforehand.

The manager was very difficult to deal with and rude, we came to the restaurant due to a 2 for 1 deal on margaritas which we saw advertised on their website. We asked the waitress about this deal before ordering and she was unsure of the deal and asked the manager for confirmation, the manager came over and proceeded to give multiple excuses as to why they could not honour this deal: (in order of occurrence) - “it was a deal applicable prior to lockdown” - “It’s not available tonight” - “It’s only available for standard fruit margaritas” We then showed the terms which listed that *free margarita of equal or lesser value* The manager finally conceded and decided to honour the deal. *****However when paying the bill the manager still attempted to charge full price.*****

Good food, good service and friendly staff, would definitely go back.

Very nice strawberry margherita but they don't salt the glass. Nachos and corn on cob were great.

So much better than I expected for a suburban restaurant. Really tasty. Staff very attentive and helpful. Great with kids. Massive on-site parking. Very impressed. Probably didn't need the nachos AND a full meal. I ate too much.

My go to place for mexican. Now that i'm more of a vegetarian the nachos are perfect for me. In the past i used to always get the texas chilli burrito. For those who wanna try a burrito this is the place

THIS PLACE IS AWESOME, on the pricier side for Mexican but man it was great. The cocktails are perfect (try the coconut strawberry margaritas- grab a jug) the nachos are to die for. Would recommend strongly.

Such amazing food! Been here so many times and cannot fault on the food. Service can be a bit slow but the food is worth it!

Been here for my daughter's bday dinner First time for Mexican so had to ask many questions but the staffs were very kind/patient and helpful. Taste were great and finger licking good. Definitely visit again 👍

Lovely experience every time we visit. Professional, friendly, and value for money. Great food. Definitely recommend booking your table ahead - once we went without booking and had to finish up our dinner within an hour. But, it worth it. Tonight was even better. Great service and great food.

Good Mexican, happy service

We ordered via uber eats as a house warming. I was very impressed Mexican arrived fresh starting with the mushroom quesadilla along with the chicken and beef tacos was delicious. But the nachos with beef were amazing. Along side the fresh guacamole and salsa were delicious. Can't wait to come back for more!
