140 George St, The Rocks
Always interesting, maybe not quite on the edge of modern Australian art, but a good starting point
A great display of art works from passionate artists of the next generation.
Excellent location with free admission. Unassuming building with great presentation. Certainly worth a visit.
Definitely worth checking out, modern Art gallery with a lot of Aboriginal works
Beautiful woman Margaret on 2nd floor library!!! I was touched by her dedication of her work and art.
Fantastic way to spend a few hours in the city. Free entry to see lots of weird and wonderful artworks.
Favourite art gallery in Sydney. Make sure you look whats on before going! So much to do and see. Great collection of artworks.
Very modern building beautifully nestled between the harbour bridge and the opera house. Fantastic contemporary art works ranging from aboriginal, older and newer generations
Great place to visit. Fun kids activities. Very educational.
Pretty underwhelming for a city like Sydney. The permanent collection had an evident lack of variety and generally speaking poor of contents. The Grayson Perry exhibit did not have any character nor cohesive theme: his art works try to shock but evidently fail. Nice (industrially made) tapestries.
