Amazing dinner at muse restaurant, with food that taste so flavourful and scrumptious to the taste buds. My personal favourite is the cod. It was cooked to perfection. The cod was glistening and so much deep of flavour. The server was attentive and always check in on us to make sure we were having an enjoyable night. Another special food was the kangaroo, we didn't know that kangaroo meat could be that soft. My partner got the wine pairing, the wine was really yummy too. If you're in hunter valley, got to go to muse restaurant

Wow, this is the first time I’ve ever been to a restaurant and I’ve enjoyed every single element of each course. Everything on each plate complimented each other. The plating was spectacular. We watched as the chefs carefully placed each element onto the plate. Our server Georgia was extremely welcoming and polite. Each waiter/waitress explained everything that went onto the plate. The moment our glasses were almost empty we were immediately asked if we would like some more. We opted for the vegetarian menu with the main from the spring menu. The ambiance was relaxing, the tables were quite apart in line with the social distancing guidelines. Everything was spot on. I could not fault a thing. It was hands down the best dining experience I’ve ever had in Australia. Makes it ever more special that it was my birthday dinner.

Wonderful top class restaurant for a special meal. Great atmosphere fine wines and top class staff. My only complaint is that my coffee was lukewarm.

We had such memorable time here last night. Food is excellent (recommend ordering Muse coconut for dessert 👌🏻) and wine list extensive. Also the service is OUTSTANDING! We have dined at many fine dinning restaurants and I can’t think of many places with such an excellent service.

Muse has been a favourite restaurant for many years. The food is always exceptional and the service is outstanding. I would (and do) recommend this restaurant to anyone having dinner in the Hunter Valley.

The plating was spectacular, the service was second to none. We left feeling fulfilled and were not sure how any other venues would be able to meet the bar set by Muse restaurant. Our server Curtis was extremely welcoming and made sure all our needs were met. The staff explained everything that went onto the plate. We didn't feel rushed throughout our meal and when we required service it was provided promptly. The ambiance was relaxing, the tables were set apart in line with the social distancing guidelines, allowing for good conversation. Everything was spot on. We could not fault a thing. The decor, food and service were all impeccable. It was hands down the best dining experience I’ve ever had in Australia. Makes it ever more special that it was a special occasion with my loved one.
