Amazing food! Really great staff were amazing.

Love this place!

Service staff were friendly and professional. They handled the covid restrictions very well. The wait for food was a little long but we did walk in with a crowd. Would have been 5 stars except I was served a chicken parmi when I ordered the veal. They did offer to remake my meal but I did not have the time to wait.

Really friendly service. Great atmosphere. The food is always spot on, full of flavour and mouth watering. One of the best parmas I have had. Really decent prices for parmas. Beer is on the expensive side. I do recommend booking first.

Went for the classic parma and was not disappointed. Parma was crispy and cheesyyyy. Love it! Big portion of fries and salad too! Must try for tourists like me who want to try real Aussie food. Ambience was warm and inviting too!👌🏽💯

It's a very popular place if not the most popular, to enjoy Parma's. Being a vegetarian and an eggplant lover - I simply love visiting this place. We have been there numerous times and never really disappointed. The staff is very friendly and courteous. Interior is pretty good and accommodating for larger groups.

we have booked a table for 4 and a kid at 7:30. So, they asked us if we have been to this restaurant before. We said no, this is the first time. So, first we have ordered drinks and food everything is good till that time. Then, when I called old fat guy I think he is the manager to order drink, he saw me and he ignored me and went to other table I thought he didn’t see, I called him next time he did same. Then I called other guy and ordered. They did not even tell me they will charge $6 extra per dish if we share the food. When we are paying the bill my friend was checking menu for price but this fat old racist guy snatched menu from her and told “I need to wipe the menu again” yelled at her. R u serious what kind of service is this, this is completely unacceptable… never going back to this place, not happy with service, I have given one star for food and drinks.

Parma and food was lovely. The service on the other hand..... We found it extremely difficult to get the waiters attention after our initial order. This is even more puzzling as due to the density caps there weren't as many tables to serve as normal. We asked for water multiple times but never got it!! Other tables had received water as soon as they were seated. The bald headed manager (I assume) was a stand out on his rudeness. At around 10:30 he told our table the restaurant had closed 45 mins ago and asked us to leave! I didn't see the other tables being told this? How does that makes sense?!?! We never ended up receiving our water. It would have been hard to wash out the bad taste that this experience left us - especially when we tried to go out and support the hospitality industry after lockdown.

Airways great food and awesome service. Even with restricted service they went out of their way to accommodate us.

Great beer! And all Victorian craft beer. Would highly recommend. However, the drawback is the price of the food. Easily $25+ for a meal. But beer selection is impeccable. Also, has very laid back vibe and staff who are very friendly and happy to talk to you about all the beers available.
