8 course degustation with matching wines was great. Delicious food and lovely service

We had such an amazing dining experience at Moxhe. All the seafood and other ingredients were fresh and sourced locally. You can tell a lot of thought had been put into dish creations. Each course was well prepared and refined, and the flow of the courses was very harmonious. We thought all dishes were delicious, but the house-made pasta was the standout. The sauce was so rich and had ample chunks of lobster and prawns. Our meal lasted 3 hours but it was paced out very well. The portions were generous and we were so full by the end of the night. I also commented to my husband numerous times on the beautiful plates and bowls used throughout the meal. The decor of the restaurant created a warm ambiance and added to the dining experience. We will be recommending Moxhe to our friends and can't wait to be back. Thoroughly enjoyed :)

Nice place with a single menu changing everyday. The chef has a special talent for the prawn bisque. Wine selection was good too. I recommend the wine matching. The menu is mainly seafood and it's really worth it. It's not the usual restaurant but rather a fine dinning experience in the french-style way (the Chef ia Belgian in fact). So you should expect delicate combinations of flavours which evolves in steps rather than a single flavour.

Finally got to try this place! The whole dining experience was exceptionally yummy and fine dining (friendly on the wallet too). I love all the little details. Notes about their saffron, oysters supplier and David's wood work. The plates they use to serve the dishes are unique too. All the dishes are lovely and well explained. Thanks Helen & team

I was excited to try this place from long time and I decided to book a table for my girlfriend's birthday a month ago. The Chef prepared a tasting 8 course menu which is called "deeper dive" and we choosed to matching the wines to have a better experience, each dish was a surprise both for our sight and for our palate. The Australian salmon tartare was the highlight for us both, but every other dish was also really delicious with handmade special bread on the side. The service was friendly and attentive specially Rita the waitress, explain us every dish and various ingredients in a professional manner. The "cherry on the cake" was that seat at the restaurant that night there was a journalist of "Sydney Morning Herald" who published in the journal our picture during this dining experience, it was a nice gift for my half! Note that you do not know what kind of dish they gonna serve before you go there, you need to trust the chef and their set menus that I guess are decided in base of the market. This is not a cheap place off course, but that you pay is worth and compared with the quality and freshness of the fish and all ingredients. I wish you all the best guys and I hope to book a table again sometime soon!

This is definitely a hidden gem of the Eastern suburbs. Had the deeper diver menu with accompanying wine for 2 and it was an absolutely wonderful dinner. Everything was delicious and you can be guaranteed you will not be walking out of there hungry! The service was great as well and there was a great atmosphere in the restaurant. Would definitely recommend!

We celebrated a friend’s birthday at Moxhe on Wed 21st April. We thoroughly enjoyed the 8 course degustation menu. There was so much variety, seafood was fresh and flavours were amazing. Great service and owner, Helen was very informative about dishes and wines. A must restaurant to visit when in Bronte.

Exquisite food and impeccable service!

It was a great night throughout dinning. Approx. over 3hrs, it finished by the time we getting sore bum. Lol we like to eat slow, so it was good for us. Friends say I eat 'less' than other people in general, but could manage to finish all 8 courses. I guess it was taste so good, so I was licking the plates and also small portions. I became full at the end of the meal, but my partner said 'just enough'. I liked it because I can taste so many things and in small portions so still I taste food. Sometimes you became full and doesn't taste much. Anyhow, service was generally good, food was fresh, and I had the best Pavlova...goodness..🤤!!! Of course entree and mains were good and dessert! Loved it. Thank you for the nice food.

Degustation with matched wines was one of the best we have had. The service is impeccable. We will definitely return.
