MIYABI is my favorite Japanese restaurant in Hobart. The environment is very private and the food is very similar to what I have eaten in Tokyo. Teriyaki beef is very chewy and feels very fresh. Salmon nigiri is the best I have ever eaten in Hobart, and the shape is perfect, exactly the same as I saw on Japanese comics :)

delicious food, would recommend the teppen chicken udon, I'd include a photo but I ate it so fast ! Gorgeous environment, quiet and fancy with the best lighting. I don't leave reviews but just had to recommend this restaurant!

Such a lovely little place. Food quality was excellent and for a decent price.

An inauthentic experience. Actually run and cooked in a Chinese way, nothing Japanese about the place apart from the decor. Food is also subpar.
