Nice and friendly staff. Very good Italian coffee. The food was delicious and tasty. Good amount I felt plenty all morning. Eggs Benedict with ham delicious and the porchetta yummy yummy.

This Cafe is awesome, nothing short of Perfect. The coffee is brilliant, I was having 2 or 3 at breakfast and another in the afternoon. It's modern, clean, bright, trendy and has an awesome vibe to it. It's the kind of Cafe you would expect to find in Sydney (ie: Papa's) or Melbourne (Brunetti), so to find Mi Piace in Cairns was a great bonus. Great breakfast and sweets to match. The owner is mega friendly and just adds to the experience, all the staff are great. Very popular place also. 10 out 10.

We came in with a 3 year old bub and she's a little cranky this morning. With no hesitation Damien offered a small cup of water with a straw for my little one to make her happy and she did! Michele's table service was superb! Thank you Damien and Michele, you two are beautiful people ❤. Outstanding service, beautiful brekkie 😍. Highly recommend this place

The customer service was great! The front of counter staff member was awesome and very accommodating - brought us ice water while we were waiting in line for a table. The coffee was tasty and well crafted. The food was good and there were multiple options for all tastes. The French toast was tasty, it could have soaked a bit longer but overall I was satisfied. There was a snack cabinet that was heavily stocked with baked goods, it all looked good but we didn't try anything. Thanks again, Andy.

Absolutely spectacular. Probably the best breakfast I've ever had. The pumpkin on ciabata highly recommended. Very quick service an staff were so friendly. Makes me sad this isn't my local and I'm only here on holiday. We bought some things from their pastry cabinet hopefully they are just as good.

The place is super nice, the coffee is pretty good as well. I would say the best place in cairns to get breakfast. We got the bacon and egg roll and the special which was a frittata with zucchini and corn. Both dishes were delicious.

The best breakfast we’ve had in ages. So fresh and full of different flavours. Outstanding service from everyone and delicious coffee. I don’t drink coffee but got a mocha because my partners was so good. Shame we don’t live on cairns or we would be here every week! Thanks guys.
