I d heard about the poor customer service but last night I saw that. One of those staff with blond hair was soooooo rude and Impolite. Definitely never try there again same as all the other guys who said in our gym.

Didn’t get to eat because no one wanted to provide any table service once we were seated. Offered a choice of tables but just after sitting down we were told the table was actually reserved- nothing to indicate that and there was nothing special about that table or the one we moved too. Plenty of staff just wandering around but no service in sight. So we left and won’t be back !!

Amazing food! Greek cuisine, totally recommend it! Tried various items on menu, all cooked to perfection, also good size portions that really satisfy you after or before a long day! Always very friendly service as well!

Contacted restaurant in advance to ensure they could meet dietary requirements for 1 guest by cooking plain chicken & white rice. Arrived and restaurant couldn't meet this requirement. Waiter checked with management who confirmed couldn't meet dietary requirement. One person went without food whilst everyone else ate. We were also sat outside in the cold and not inside as per our original booking. Very uncomfortable and unacceptable experience for all involved, we regret not booking elsewhere.

We always have a fantastic experience with the staff at Melissa's cafe. We tend to place phone orders with them (as we travel from regional Vic) and the staff are always lovely and accommodating. Keep up the amazing work :)

Must have got them on a bad night Got in at 7.30, Entrees arrived at 8.30 Mains arrived at 9.30. My pork was raw and mainly full of fat Quality isn't great, food isn't fresh and doesn't taste or smell great.

Used to love this place, but seems as time goes on quality of food and service goes down further and further. Staff members are to busy talking to each other rather than serving customers and if they're not talking to each other they look lifeless. And it seems once our meal is done it takes them up to 30-40 minutes to clean up and always forget to offer If we want coffees so that is just more time added. I hope this changes soon. My review is still reasonable as I have had some great nights here and if it wasn't for the gradual decline in quality and service it would be 5 stars.

Could not have been more kind or supportive of us today. Took my demented father out for his first outing since March 2020 (pre Covid-19). They went above and beyond - even with my incessant nagging. Thanks so much. Exactly what he/we needed.

Extremely poor service, staff were very rude, they were literally throwing orders and menu at us. If you wanna change your order or your seat, be careful, take a deep breath and be ready for a a furious face answering you. Forget about having your tea or coffee at the same time with your cake!!! Never come back here again.
