Terrible customer service. Staff are rude and act like they do not care about quality of work. If they get your order wrong and you tell them they make you feel terrible and as if it is your fault. Most of them time the “corrected” order isn’t even right and food is always cold. Go to the McDonald’s a few minutes away in the Shell servo on Woodville road. Fresher food friendlier staff.

There is a girl acting as a manager working day shift she is very rude and disrespectful with zero customer service skills. But the make manager was very respectful and resolved the issue very professionally.

The hash brown looked like it had been deep fried the third time. It was dark in colour and drenched in oil to the point that the oil went all over my top and there's still a pool of oil in the paper bag.

Really bad service. They needed 4 goes to get my order correct and needed to weight.

The ham, cheese and tomato 🍅 toastie was beaut. Also the latte. It was good half way my walk a week ago.

This is the filthiest Maccas I have ever seen. Waiting for my order now, I feel doubtful they will get it right, as people are at the front right now arguing about their order.
