McDonald's

Normally McDonald's is 2 stars as a chain The extra 2 stars I give are because of the incredible service offered by a wonderful employee called Gypsy who was kind, engaging and incredibly thoughtful. I hope my family are fortunate enough to encounter her again!

Great customer service recently but the McChicken's are out of this world and who ever cooks them deserves a pay rise probably one of the best MacDonald's in the Northern Brisbane suburbs.

It used to be really community focused but that has gone with the change of management. Bracken Ridge Maccas did so much for the community during COVID. It's a real shame that corporate came before community.

Always great service from this McDonald's even when it's busy in drive-thru they try and get you through quickly and always have a smile on their face 😀

This store use to be the best maccas on the northside but since the change in staff and management it is absolutely awful. The coffee tastes horrible, it took 20 mins to get my order and items were missed in my order.

Fries were undercooked, lovely girl named laila hunter served me i love her <3

Food was fresh and correct. Always end up in the waiting Bay once for up to 14 minutes. Never apologise for waiting. And don't ask if you want the drinks with the food.
