McDonalds

Not only was the service slow, lousy, and the workers were very rude. Sitting in the drive through it took almost an hour to get our food, and when we did it was poor. McDonalds is supposed to be "fast food", and this particular mcdonalds goes against that.

I have been to this Maccas a few times and everytime I would say the service below par with the other. Probably something to do with the manager of the at that time. And general cleanliness of the store is also below par. If you go inside you wouldn't feel that good feel when you enter into a Maccas. The only reason I go into this store is its convienient location. Hope they improve the quality of this store.

Giving a one star rating as zero stars isn’t a thing. Been stuck in the drive they for over 45 minutes and can’t escape! I think I’ve found Australia’s worst McDonald’s!

No care for in-store customers. Put on hold & served only drive through customers. We have to wait for more than 20 minutes while they were busy in serving drive through on last Monday. No waiting time told & no sorry for intensional delays. Please appoint one well matured person among the kids. Gave 2 stars as coffee was good. Thanks

This was bad for McDonald's. Coffee tasted like dirty water & the muffin tasted like it was made yesterday & warned up.

After half waiting for our order came different and took them another 15 mnts to fix it up

Ordered a large double quarterpounder meal at 1.15 am via drivethru, chips were cold and soggy, burger was dry, nuggets were solid and cold. only thing right was the bottle of water. Lift your game!

The ice cream was good 😅

Depends on who is working at the drive-thru window. But most days service is good.

It was the worst. It seems like everytime I go there, they only have one person taking orders at the drive thru. I waited like 15 minutes just to order a McChicken and a Quarter Pounder meal. When I was ordering they were being very extremely rude and trying to rush me. It was same behaviour for when I was paying as well. Once I got my order, it was all wrong. I ordered a sprite and I got water. I ordered two meals and I got one fries. I ordered a coke and I got it HALF filled. The staff was very unprofessional and not friendly at all.

Worst service ever. 15 minutes to het to the service window for a hash brown and coffee. And it wasn't even the coffee holding things up they were efficient and ready multiple cars ahead.
