McDonald's Palm Beach

Blow away by the service I get at this McDonald’s I’m staying at the caravan park while our house gets renovated so been popping in regularly having four kids it’s easy affordable option for us. The staff are always smiling happy and give exceptional customer service well done!!!

The service was outstanding! Olivia has excellent customer service skills. Store was very clean! Definitely recommend to stop in on your way to Burleigh. The playground for the kids so the parents can have a coffee.

Ordered a double cheeseburger and a Vanilla Coke because I really really felt like a nice cheeseburger and even more a NICE VANILLA COKE. Long story short my Uber driver arrives with my food and I take it up to my room, I take that first sip of my beverage expecting the refreshment of a sweet sweet Vanilla Coke, instead what I tasted was straight soda water with a hint of coke. Oh and the burger also sucked thanks macdonalds you guys suck.

Fast service, consistent, and don't really seem to miss stuff on orders. Definitely pretty good in terms of McDonald's stores.

So after ordering drive through, we were told to wait in the bay for our order. 7 or 8 minutes later, still no food, I went inside and asked where our meals were,to be told "oh I don't know" a manager came over and asked if there was a problem, I explained how long we had been waiting and that it is not good enough. Another3 minute wait, got meal finally, got to car and we drove off, burgers cold and as you can see in my fillet fish burger, I only got half a slice of cheese, um WTF🤬🤬🤬🤬

We came here on a Sunday night. Wasn't very impressed. Arrived and everything was fine. Got our food and then realised the wrap we ordered wasn't there. Went back to get it and went to eat it and there is no sauce :( the whole point of a ceaser wrap is the sauce. It was dry as :( very disappointed.

I am an Uber Eats driver which relies on a fast service to deliver to customers. On Wednesday night 26th May, I had four deliveries between the hours of 8.30pm and midnight at Palm Beach and each time had an extended wait of between nine minutes and 28 minutes for my delivery to be prepared. At about 11.15pm, I was fourth in line at the drive thru and each car ahead of me was frustrated and calling on the staff to speed up. People in cars behind me were also calling out in frustration. The same night I also had deliveries at Tugun and Elanora McDonalds stores and was served promptly. It got to the point where I was declining requests for pick-up at Palm Beach as I was losing money by waiting for long periods there.

Long wait in waiting bay and not even a "hello" just handing me my food with an abrupt "here". We constantly have to check our order thoroughly before we leave the window or drive thru as it's either completely wrong or is missing a number of items. Usually burgers etc are barely wrapped and even after waiting in the waiting bay the food is lukewarm. Dissapointing.
