Not much better than kfc workers

Asked for 5 large fries, only gave one. Unbelievable. McFlurry was hollow. Unbelievable.

Great place for a morning coffee with friends.

Considering the long length of traffic in the drive through, moved quickly through. Food fresh and hot.

They always seems to be await at the waiting, have had desserts brought out before meals, will also try and offer you a melted Kiddy cone. Usually missing napkins.

Great customer service at morwell! I dropped a coffee at the drive through..my fault and I was made another with no charge. Staff are always happy

Forgot my chips with my order 20 napkins thought but I can’t eat them. Too far to drive back. How hard is it to get right!!!

Often have to go to a waiting bay. Generally get something wrong with every order

They messed up my order. Gave me 3 nuggets instead of 20 and a double cheeseburger instead of a triple cheeseburger. It tasted terrible and I am still hungry. Waste of money and fuel. staff dont listen properly and they won't fix their mistake. Im sick of my orders being messed up every single time and I pay for alot more then I receive.

Very clean, and tidy. Staff pleasant. Will definitely go back next time we're down this way.

The worker Caleb gave us the best service I have ever received, he was polite, and went out of his way to make us feel welcome, and wanting to come back to Morwell Maccas, that kid deserves a raise!

The customer service tonight was appalling. We received half of our order and were standing there for 5 minutes before we noticed our number wasn't on the screen anymore. We asked a team member about our sundeethat we were still waiting on and she responded with don't worry it's being made. Following that we stood there for another 15 minutes as that same team member swept the floors and avoided eye contact. After waiting that 15 minutes and still no sundee we had to ask another team member before receiving our sundee.(which we only received a small and not a large that we ordered) All I can say is if you clame the product is being made make sure it is and don't stand around and pretend like you don't know we are there..

It's a McDonald's. This one sees dirty though. I feel especially with the limited open tables someone should be out cleaning them way more and making sure that the tables are sanitised between customers. You'd think that this should be a priority at the present time.
