Hash browns and chips always cold burgers just slapped together and fall apart when you pick them up. Disappointing.

After waiting 10 min this is what I got. I order a coffee and got a cup of warm milk. Not to mention i go 2 mocha that have no chocolate in it. If you want a disappointing experience this is the place to go. Would not recommend

Really dirty toilets. Fix it or lose more customers - McDonald's South Goulburn is much cleaner.

Dining area was utterly grubby. Food and crumbs on floor, tables not wiped down and flies quiet present. Service was poor. Not enough staff on. There was a schoolbus of children ordering as we walked in. We placed our order at 9.37am and didn't receive our food until 10.05 am. Needs some much needed attention!

Clean and tidy amenities and dining room. Fast service but we do encourage you to check your order before leaving the premises as it is not uncommon for there to be a stuff up. Play area well maintained and fun for the kiddies. Disabled parking, ramp and #disabled toilets inside....i personally find that i cannot open the door to that toilet by myself though and do need assistance.... so if i was to give only 4 stars... it would be for that reason only.
