McDonald's Goulburn South

You need a concierge to clean up the tables and manage crowds. Design layout of ordering and picking up needs an adjustment as it gets crowded. Pick up orders can be better placed. Maybe a display numbering with a loud number calling would help as the area is too loud to hear the staff scream out the orders. Overall, needs improvement

Waited in drive through for 6mins. No other car in line. Only got cheese burgers and coffee. The cheese burgers were completely cold, not wrapped properly, they came cope in bag. Flat white had chocolate powder on top. We only called in as we were travelling. The Carpark bins were overflowing onto ground. We could see into the kitchen, there were quite a few staff standing talking, and quite a few people waiting to be served. Really poor experience.

Went to this place and never again will I go there I waited for my order for over three quarters of an hour when I asked where it was, the girl took my order to the manager. I again waited for my order. I then asked again. It was clear that they have no concideratation for older customers. Not really even worth one star.

Regularly I am provided with under par product. NOT ONE THING was acceptable. Burger made incorrectly and poorly slapped together, chips have vanished for the most part I have a container to add my own chips. And my drink is 4 parts out of 5 full. They always get their money!

I went through drive through with an online order for coffee, waited about 10 mins before I got any ones attention, told my order didn't exist despite the confirmation, and then they made a vert fast weak coffee. I went back into the shop, asked for a better coffee, and 5 mins later got another weak disappointing cup which i threw away.

Always a pleasure being here in our way to Sydney from either Canberra or Melbourne and a great out stop. Ample parking and lovely views

Extremely well located. This is our regular stop every time while on our way back from a trip. A quick dinner on our way home!

The place is so beautiful and rejuvenating. I have emotional connect with this place. I am really sorry that from past few months, the quality of the food and coffee has gone significantly down. Any coffee lover can tell the, machine has not been cleaned from a long time. The food is not properly warm most of the time. You just take a halt to refresh yourself, don't expect good food.

Just did a pick up through the drive thru. Ordered 2 x sausage and egg McMuffin meals, no egg and no hash browns. Also a bacon and egg McMuffin meal with no hash brown. But charged for 3 meals. Never have had this happen before, unfortunately all discovered once back on the highway so can’t go back and show receipt. Took forever to get thru the drive thru anyway. Not happy at all. Will never stop there again.

Long wait times and averagely prepared food. Buns were full but the attendant was clearing and cleaning the tables. It wasn't overly busy from when I've seen it pumping so the bottleneck that started when I walked in ended up holding up a lot of customers and the place was packed by the time I left with people waiting for food. These things happen, though the food should have had a little more care when assembling.
