Great service.

It's been a few years since my last visit and I have to say it's the best it's ever been. Fantastic service, they were so friendly and attentive. The coffee was delicious and the food was perfect. I did have to ask for a knife that wasn't blunt ( seems to be a thing across all the cafes at the moment, really thick toasted sourdough and a knife that can't cut ) but they got me a sharp one 😁. Music was great and the colour scheme matched my boots. All in all loved it and now want to move to Mordialloc.

I haven’t visited here for a while. The new interior is great - loving the floor tiles & booths! Perfect spot for a late brunch (which was huge)! Our waitress Eliza was lovely and super attentive. Also, had a cheeky cocktail, Rosemary Gin Sour 😋 delightful!

I just tried an omelette for breakfast 🍳 and it was very yummy 🤤 The omelet has many things inside, like tomatoes, seasonings and so on. It was fabulous, every bit you take, transcend your mind to heaven. The sweetness of the tomatoes explodes with each bite, and combined with the seasoning, its like you are flowing in the sky. Highly recommend visiting this café, definitely will return 👍

I enjoyed it but definitely had better experiences, food was fine but expensive. Staff were fine but a little slow. I think I will go back and try again, this place definitely has potential.

I certainly would have really liked this experience to have been fantastic- as I read all previous reviews, however, my expectations were let down, after ordering the ‘Beef Brisket Toastie’- all day menu @ $18.50. Upon receiving my meal, I couldn’t wait to get my chops around the combination of ‘Slaw ( Colslaw?), Pickles, Swiss Cheese & Chipolte aoli on toasted sourdough, with the tender Beef Brisket’. Unfortunately, as the photos show, I really couldn’t see any ‘Slaw’ at all & barely only (1) baby thin slice of pickle. Even the Swiss cheese & Beef Brisket quantities were ‘way too light’. So disappointed in the quality, as I expected this combination to melt in my mouth with all the flavours above. On top of that, my Almond Chai was served up like it was 85% water based. The staff were very good about replacing the Almond Chai, the second replacement was much better & as it should have been, with more Almond Milk & less water. Unfortunately, my experience over the weekend, felt like everything I ordered was ‘cutting costs’. For this price $18.50 for the toasted sandwich, I’m just so disappointed. Staff were very friendly & helpful though, but after dealing with the ‘Watery Chai Issue’, I just felt I couldn’t then again complain about my ‘Toasted Sandwich’. Really off putting.

Food was wonderful and very tasty. Only recommendation is that staff could be more tentative when taking the initial drinks order when we first sat down (we weren’t asked and then we had to ask a staff member to take our drinks & food order after we had been waiting a while) and we weren’t asked again if we wanted another drink when were were still eating but with no drinks ~ we would’ve happily stayed for another chai/tea/coffee at the end, but we weren’t asked if we would like anything more… missed opportunity to make more $ 😉

I usually don’t write reviews but this cafe I must. 100% satisfied with everything! From entering the entrance till we left the cafe. Fantastic staff members, superb customer service and of coarse food and coffee was amazing. Booked for four mums and four toddlers today and the table was all nice and ready with high chairs. It was nice and spacy enough for all prams to fit! Loved all the food but espcially the Orecchietta Pasta was just so delicious! Staff who served our table was so friendly, kind and considerate with our kids. Thank you so much for the great service and food. Definitely visiting again!

We chose this place twice while down in Derby as they had a great choice of food, good prices and huge serving sizes. The service was spot on as well. Great deck out the back to enjoy the view after a hard day riding.

Had a Mexican meal and some tequilas on a Friday night. Live and enjoy it local.
