Lukoumades

This might have to be my favourite dessert place in Adelaide by miles! Loukamades was first introduced to me way back when they opened, and boy they have remained the same level of customer service from frying up a well tasting donut to smothering them with amazing chocolaty flavours 😍 Best value for money!

I just went in tonight and the girl's were amazing. They were so engaging and had great customer service. Was such a great atmosphere, even more so then normal! Loved it xx

This place is pure chaos in the worst possible way. Service from staff was poor, as was the hygiene standards of the kitchen and dining areas with rubbish and flour everywhere. Staff had little regard for customers inside and no respect for food delivery drivers, nor did they know how to make half of the items on the menu. Thoroughly disappointed and will not be returning.

Ordered a Hot chocolate through a food delivery service for pick up. Went in to collect my order, was rudely told to just pick it up from out the front. Didnt even check the order on my phone or anything. Walked out the front, could have taken anyone's deliveries because the girls staffed were just laughing to each other and not paying any attention. One girl, (not the rude girl that talked down to me just because they assumed i was a delivery driver), noticed I was waiting and asked me what I was waiting for. Told her about my pick up order, she realised that I had no idea what I was looking for and made my order for me. Overall I was left pretty astounded at how horribly the first girl talked to me. I would not like to be a delivery driver coming into that environment where she obviously thinks she is better than me just because of my job. I am also astounded no one checked my order once. I could have easily just taken anyone elses order and walked off no questions asked. Would not be happy paying staff with penalty rates on a sunday this rude doing such minimal work.

Pretty good, I personally liked the Dark chocolate donuts however it totally depends on the personal choice if you are sweet lover you might like it.... worth a shot though Guys also Follow my Insta @zingy_jinny and YouTube channel “journey with jinny” for more travel and food fun

1st Time.....Amazing food and drinks. It feels very naughty!

Staff are trained poorly, few of them don't know how to make greek coffee. Apparently the manager/owner is never around and also seems like some wage theft is going on. These are all very young girls if not teenagers. Absolutely horrible.
