Coffee was disappointing. It gets busy and loud.

Friendly and attentive customer service. Came for ‘High Tea’. The ‘grey goose and ‘wishing fountain’ was a nice and fun novelty! Something different - Glad for the experience. We throughly enjoyed the ‘set up’ and appreciated the ambiance of it all. Cocktails were delicious and eye catchy, the Savoury and sweet treats presented well and nice tasting, but did not do enough to bring us back for more of the food, however - over all a ‘good’ experience.

The guy with grey suit and beard(seems like a manager or supervisor) told me I need ID to order green tea. I said I'm not having alcohol just tea. He said "do you understand what I'm saying, you need ID to order anything". He is so rude and never heard of such policy where they ask ID for green tea. Rude staff

Fabulous high tea at the Lobby Lounge. Great food and cocktails. Service was awesome. Thank you for helping me celebrate my birthday with style

I dont usually post reviews and never give 1 star ever. This experience is aweful, very disappointed. Staff just dont care. pretty much no services, you wont be able to order anything extra because no staff serving. We try to speak with two of the staff who walk passed and they simply tell you they are busy serving other tables and forget about you. Be careful they will double charge you too. They charge full amount even you already paid deposit at reservation stage. Luckily I checked my credit card.

Disappointing high tea. The food was house made but tasted like it’d been made the day before & stored in the fridge. The “tea” is 1 cup of tea or coffee, not the traditional free flowing pots of variety of teas, which makes it not great value. You can add a cocktail for $20 which is the same price as any of their cocktails at the bar. One of the items tasted like a hard bread bun which none of us could eat.

I had a high tea here for my bridal shower and we received fantastic service from the young man who was serving us. Food & drinks were amazing too.

Disappointing High Tea today. Really Uncomfortable high stools and tables to sit at , In the centre of the lobby for everyone to gawk at . Really hated the grey goose set up. terrible service, had to go looking for waiter for another second cocktail and then again for our coffees Had a great experience with the pink gin high tea a couple of years back but this “ grey goose “ one was not great at all. Really disappointing !!

Myself and 5 other ladies booked a table in the Lobby Lounge for the Pink Gin High Tea promotion. The Pink Gin cocktail was delicious however the $18 to order a second glass was a bit $$. The only suggestion would be to offer more savoury as the cakes were rather rich and sweet however they were delicious. We were attended by Carol who was an absolute treasure.
