RUDE, CARELESS AND LAZY STAFF. The starters were mistakenly served to a different table and the plate was on the other table for more than 10 minutes. The waiter had the audacity to serve the same plate to us claiming no one from the other table touched / consumed our order. This is totally unacceptable on any day but specifically in this day and age of an ongoing pandemic. Moreover the starters were being served at the end of the meal. We politely asked the waiter to bring a freshly made plate or cancel the order. The waiter rudely told us that he won't bring a new plate and we will still be charged for the starters. We weren't charged at the end but the whole argument was totally unnecessary. *Response to the comments from restaurant*: Irrespective of how long the food was on someone else's table - it is Still Unacceptable! It could be less than 10 minutes - doesn't earn you any points! Further, the waiter indeed rudely told us that we will still be charged. For which we had to argue - see your footage. The original bill had those items charged! And, the starters were served when we were almost finished with our main course. Again - See your camera footage! I'm just trying to give you an honest feedback.
The food was too good. Mouth watering.. Worth every penny... Mutton biriyani was the best... But the dessert was average..
The place was busy due to Mardi Gras but it was still a really a good experience. The staff was very busy due to the crowd but still they were able to manage their customers well. The curries and the breads were good.
What an incredible venue..... no words can adequately explain the experience we had over the Easter holidays. These lamb cutlets dissolve in your mouth, and I could eat them all day and night. What an outing, I'd say the best Indian I've ever had in my life, and believe me, I've tried a lot of "great" restaurants, but this one stands out. Cheers to the entire team, and keep up the good work.
Authentic taste and absolutely amazing ambiance. We did birthday dinner for a big group and loved everything from food to service to ambiance. Restaurant was pretty busy because of the long weekend but arfan took care of us. Hats off. Will be defs bringing more people. Prices are very reasonable considering the area and portions of serve.
Typically the most excellent Indian eatery I have ever been to. One staff part in specific was exceptional and greeted us kindly. He indeed recalled us from our to begin with visit weeks earlier. (You'll know who I am talking about after you go here) This man Merits a raise! Moving on to the food, both entrees and mains were flawless. For entrees, I exceedingly suggest getting the tandoori chicken The mains at this eatery, were astonishing. This eatery has 4 spice levels, don't go over medium on the off chance that you'll be able not handle flavor (coming from someone who can handle spice).
Beautiful restaurant was recommended by a friend. It was the first time I came here with my husband and two kids and we were very satisfied! This beautiful hidden gem has beautiful decor, spectacular customer service and delicious dishes! All dishes we ordered were beautifully presented and they all tasted amazing. One of the best halal restaurants. Went their for iftar buffet dinner on weekend and it was fully packed. The thing i loved about this place was the fresh food coming in minute by minute. Service was pretty quick even when the restaurant was packed. Authentic taste and reasonably priced at a prime location. If you are planning to go on weekend do your reserve your table.
The absolute best. Staff is extremely professional, the food is outstanding, the location is ideal for groups, and the atmosphere is pleasant and stylish. We enjoyed it, and since my husband is Indian, I can tell you that we regularly visited several Indian restaurants in Sydney but this one's outta this world
Great place for buffet lunches. Super friendly staff with quick service. Nice clean restaurant. Food is really great with so much of varieties specially lamb kebabs.
