Came here for a birthday lunch on a Wednesday, very quiet lunch service. Our table is right next to the window which has an incredible view of the river and the Story Bridge. The foods are okay but not exceptional. Good portion and reasonable price though. The waiter was very friendly and professional. But I won’t be rushing back.

The service was reasonable and the food came out quickly (went on a Monday night so it was quiet), some of it was delicious and reasonable for the price but I expected better quality steak. However compared to similar restaurants on Eagle St it has an old, raggedy feeling as the furniture looks like it hasn’t been repaired or replaced in 40+ years, I’ve seen better quality bathrooms in dive bars. I feel like I can get equally good food and service in a much nicer restaurant for the same price.

Beautiful restaurant with one of the best views in Brisbane. The food is unbelievable, the chef really knows what he/she is doing back there, and the service is the best They really make you feel welcome. It's an expensive restaurant, however, it's worth every dollar. If you are celebrating a special occasion, this is the place to go.

Thank you for a lovely superb dinner and enjoyable night. Great views of river, loved having tablecloths and big comfy chairs-though are in need of repadding. Being my birthday was disappointed that there was no bar service for cocktails to start. Would be nice to have bread served with meal. And found young waitress and waiter not very knowledgeable on specials/menu/wines. But otherwise lovely restaurant and would go again. Thank you.

Had the most wonderful dining experience at La Vue last night! Thank you so much to Ronaldo and everyone else who looked after our table and making the night so special. The view is amazing, the food was delish and great service all around. Highly recommend for your next special occasion!

Absolutely fantastic food, decor and style a little dated, service let overall quality down, tried to charge 2% surcharge despite debit card - cheeky. Lighting very harsh, made atmosphere cold despite great view, so lacks expected romance. Change light colour and more experienced staff and Easy 5*

Went there for valentine’s dinner. Very romantic place. Great service and great food. Great view as facing story bridge. Clean and well maintained. Highly recommended!!!

One of the best meals (of Veal) that I’ve ever had. Savoured every bite. Great service, excellent views of the Story bridge, lovely wine and of course, the meal was to die for!!!
