Busy little place but the staff were very accommodating for a walk in group of 4. Pasta and desert were all top notch. Highly recommend.

Delicious food. The kind of did the up selling trick though, so an order for bruschetta translated to one for each person when they came back with it so the bill was high. Nevertheless, lovely food

Great atmosphere! Feels like Iā€™m in Italy! Very friendly host who was insistent to get our picture taken together when he saw us taking selfies. We tried the fried zucchini ($25) flowers and wild boar papadelle special ($35). We got a red wine to go along with the dishes and then a Bombolini with Nutella dessert to finish ($9). I really enjoyed the fried zucchini flowers - nice crisp and light ricotta inside but the price was more than I expected. The papadelle was good but not memorable unfortunately. The bombolini was nicely fried but too much sugar along with the Nutella. Happy to be back and will be curious to try the carbonara or broccolini.

Discovered this cute little restaurant and it was amazing. We had the specials of the day - pumpkin something starter, main course of seafood soup and for dessert, tiramisu and strawberry/pistachio ice cream something. The starter was exceptional and sadly didn't take a photo of it. The soup was big enough for two. I also had an amazing amaretto cocktail of the day. Yummy. Cute spot for date nights. Highly recommended.

This little gem sure has a wonderful tale to tell - through its Nonna inspired dishes, handmade, perfectly cooked al dente pastas, sauces that let the ingredients shine, buzzy atmosphere & attentive service. Before you even walk in, there is a buzz coming from inside and a large tray of handmade pasta on display. As soon as you walk in you are made to feel welcome by the staff. Then the action from the open kitchenette with chefs expertly tossing pans & the enticing smells make you salivate. The menu is concise yet hard to decide on as everything sounds delicious. The housemade foccacia is super fluffy & spongy, served warm. A chosen accompaniment of mortadella was delicious. Cant go wrong with creamy decadent burrata & this time it was served with ribbons of grilled zucchini & cherry tomatoes. Fresh and tasty. Then there are the pastas. Carbonara was so good & the Amalfitana was superb, espectially with the addition of the half marron. Paccheri pasta was the perfect vehicle to scoop up juicy blistered cherry tomatoes, sweet prawn meat & that delicious bisque. The pasta has a really good bite to it, the sauces full of flavour without being overly salty or oily. I loved every bite & over indulged for sure! The tiramisu is one of my favourite desserts here with its perfect balance of coffee soaked sponge & light creamy layers. But the special dessert of chocolate caramel tart was a highlight! Perfect crisp pastry, decadent gooey caramel & a rich velvety chocolate ganache. It tasted better then it looked. The cocktails are also wonderful here as well as a few delicious Italian wines including the Montepulciano & Primitivo. Absolutely Fabulous!

Very disappointed! No flavour, very basic menu, what they show on Instagram looks much better than it really is. Good customer service though.

This is the best Italian food I have had in Newtown. But, it's more than just the food that makes this place a new go to for us. The staff is exceptional! They are all friendly, engaging, well-informed on the menu, and they work with an attention to detail and the diner experience that is normally reserved for a very high restaurant. The atmosphere creates a vibe without being noisy. Making it fun to be in while also being able to hold a comfortable conversation. The cocktails and desserts were delicious as well and worth the splurge to have the experience. We will be back!
