Nice place to have breakfast

The atmosphere was lovely and food plating was beautifully. The taste of coffee delighted me! Also the staffs were very kind. This is one of the best cafe I've experienced!

Service is non existing. Girls who work and I use the term loosely wouldn't work in an iron lung. I have never waited so long for a coffee. If this place survives I will be astonished. I will never return until it changes management. I have worked in hospitality and have fired better staff than this place has. Absolutely disgusting venue.

Good coffee and a wide array of breakfast and lunch options. I've been back several times and never disappointed. Surprisingly quick service, even when their busy.

Used to come here just for the pastas and gnocchi once that tattooed chef left and all the food changed it used To be so much better :( Coffee is still great but I don’t even bother eating anymore bring back that chef and his gorgeous pasta !! I also miss the specials that he used To do what happened to them ... also my post keeps getting taken down why ?

Have to completely agree with Sarah coffee is still on point as always but since the change in staffing food isn’t seasoned half as well as it used to be and there’s just no love in in the food anymore and a cafe menu with no specials is just plain lazy (was a chef for ten years) . Judging by the kitchen setup there’s a chef and kitchen hand?? Get the chef to do his role.... and put your cafe in a position to stands out rather than just bland same food all the time. I would prefer if they didn't use plastic straws Most cafes don't for environmental reasons to cut down on plastic pollution.

My Soy flat white was v good and friends ice cream tops, the staff are so nice and helpful. Open till 9pm too,wow ,I recommend this quiet spot at Shellcove.
