Very Disappointing response to customer concerns. Heaven help anyone who asks to speak to the Manager if you're unhappy with anything. When I asked to speak to the Manager about a booking concern, I was told I could contact the owner the following day by calling the restaurant number. The response came from a middle aged person at the bar who was rude and frankly could not care less about his customer's querie. We last visited a few years ago and we were happy to return because the food was reasonable and service was friendly. It's changed of late. As long as everything is ok, your experience may well be fine. However, if you have any concerns or complaints, good luck trying to resolve your concerns. It costs nothing but time to be civil and friendly. Very disappointing.

Kwik Stick is my favourite place to go , we always celebrate here on special occassions. You are welcomed , treated amazing, always helpful, service is impeccable , food is always beautifully done . See you soon
