Koi Dining

Food and drink were outstanding! The soft shell crab lasagna was delicious and cocktails were on point. The only thing that let it down was the miscommunication/ lack of service when we were left waiting for our table and then waiting for a drink (which we never got to order while we waited) while it was prepared. Then our second round of cocktails were left at the bar after all our plates had been cleared.

I eat here about once a month. Good location near Oasis for parking (3 hours free). The menu is quite extensive. We were 3 people and ordered the seafood platter for 2. Plenty of excellent seafood for all of us. Good wine list at reasonable prices. Friendly, attentive and efficient staff. I recommend a visit.

One of the best restaurants I have been to by far. Went here with my partner and had to come back again the next night as it was that amazing. Food was delicious, tasty and absolutely amazing. The service from everyone was spot on. Super friendly staff and very attentive with some great personalities. I definitely recommend coming here!

Went here for lunch and loved it. A bit on the pricey side for lunch but everything we ordered tasted good! Service was great. Would recommend!

Had the pleasure of dining here twice over the weekend, the welcoming atmosphere coupled with impeccable service was second to none. The food was spot on both nights and although they were booked out the second evening they managed to accommodate us. Would highly recommend this spot and will definitely be back

Had lunch at Koi recently with a group. I ordered the entrée of char grilled Octopus. Portion size was generous however the octopus was inedible, it was so chewy and tough. I was unable to have more than a couple of bites When the waitress came to clear my full plate- she asked and I told her that I hadn't eaten it due to it being so chewy and tough. She commented that she would tell the chef. The rest of the group went onto have deserts and coffees. At no point did she of any staff member return and offer me an alternative meal or to discuss the issue. I was completely ignored. When it came time to pay I mentioned to the cashier that I hadn't eaten my meal as it was inedible. He commented that he hadn't known about the situation and then asked the waitress who confirmed she'd spoken to the chef. The cashier went onto say that he's give me a discount the price of the meal was $25 - he offered me a discount of $4.50. I was speechless. The way they dealt with the situation was appalling - zero customer service. I am local and the lunch group eats out once a month - we won't be coming back to KOI -

First of all it is the staff who make this place. Friendly, helpful, patient waitress and others too on what was a busy night during Blues on Broadbeach music festival long weekend. Food not so much the tomato sauce on the pizza was disappointing and too salty. But the staff made up for the food and the setting was pleasant.
