The food came quickly, and was excellent. None of us could finish the servings, even though we really wanted to. The service was also great. The waiters were polite and attentive, and took our dietary requirements seriously. I would've liked it if it had been a little warmer inside, but I was comfortable with my jacket on.

I made an online reservation so the process would be easier and I had seen how busy it gets. There was a bit of confusion around who we needed to talk to about our reservation but once we did, we were promptly seated and served. The food is really good. They’ll ask you the spice level and we asked for medium which was perfect. It’s located in the waterfront so a nice place for a meal. The restaurant was extremely busy and that’s not surprising given the quality of food. The one thing I’d like them to look at is ask people to sign in on the Service NSW QR code. It’s displayed but no one asked us if we signed it or not. Many places we’ve been to in the recent past will ask us to show the signed in page and unfortunately the staff at this restaurant didn’t think it was important

It was our first visit to the restaurant and was extremely disappointing. We were the first one to enter the restaurant when the entire restaurant was empty, still we were given a bench which barely had any space to keep food. Irrespective of telling that we need table for three, we were offered chairs and cutlery for two people. The least one can expect is to get timely service but we just got entree on time and the mains took ages to come and by the time food arrived we lost out hunger. Our observation was those customers were local (from Batemans Bay) - they all were served on time. On top of that they had the courage to ask if we enjoyed our dinner. Very Disappointing & Unprofessional!

Awesome location right on the water. Staff were polite and the food was awesome. Amazing selection of dishes. Highly recommend the tandoori prawns.

Best Indian food I've ever had. Great staff. Food came quick and the location is majestic. They definitely don't stoop you on the rice either!

The food was delicious and the workers were so lovely other than the lady behind the front counter who scoffed and laughed when we said we didn't have a booking. She said we'd only have an hour to dine, which we achieved. We were waiting for the restaurant to fill up around us to warrant the rudeness of that person but it appeared to be a typical Tuesday at majority of restaurant anywhere and died down soon after 8pm with plenty of tables to spare. The other servers should perhaps give her their tips on providing a lovely, friendly service.

Kohlis Waterfront Indian Restaurant in Batemans Bay was suburb! My husband & I were celebrating our 25th Wedding Anniversary. The food as always was delicious & the service excellent. We sat outside on the deck which had heaters placed around the ceiling & it was beautiful looking over the river.

Great Indian. Vindaloo was just that! A vindaloo... Good and hot. Entree could of been served a bit hotter, heat wise was a tad in the cool side. Staff wonderful thank u for making me a liquor coffee was one of the best I've had. Lovely place

Great spot, right on the water looking out at the Clyde River and the Bay. Really enjoyed the Thalis, as usual and the service was quick and staff very friendly and helpful.

I would like to start by thanking Saurav,Di, Noami, Raman and Gagan. We had a wonderful evening because the whole experience was great. Saurav and Gagan went out of the way to prepare a beautifully tailored dish for my daughter and she loved it , can't thank them enough. Service was quick and efficient and food was excellent. Staff is so friendly and courteous that you would like to spend more time there. They make you feel comfortable and looked after. We have been to so many Indian restaurants but never have had such tasty breads and curries. We will surely visit again and soon.
