The menu is great overall but the service could improve. The Savoury menu is great, delicious and overall satisfying but on the other hand the desserts tied to dessert story is not the best at all here. The fruits used aren't fresh, the glutinous balls aren't very good. I've had dessert story in Chadstone and the city, but the taste in this branch is not as good for some reason. We had a bad experience with 1 of the waitress today. Overall not the greatest experience for desserts today.

Very authentic and delicious Taiwanese food and this place is always busy. Make sure you come in before it gets too crowded. Staff are very attentive too.

Love the variety and the freshness of the food at Kitchen Republik in Box Hill. Closest thing Melbourne has to a hawker centre! Try the pan fried dumplings and the Taiwanese popcorn chicken!

Loved their food. First time we tried it and really like the taste and cleanliness. Prices are also low compared to nearby restaurants.

Brilliant service, staff were very patient and happy to answer any questions and able to put to rest any of our concerns quickly and professionally. If i could leave more stars I would!!

Food is good. Have freshly made different times of dumplings. Service is not that great really good varieties of food, drinks and sweets. Soy milk and Hong Kong milk tea are really good

Good selection of food. Just like any food court. The food is average & the price is reasonable.
