best KFC ever! Staff are incredibly sweet and kind to everyone, always offering to replace or refund and always ensure bags contain straws and napkins. 10/10 highly recommend, food is always fresh too, best customer service

Needs more people for the lines

Quick lunch with the kids who went for one thing but the advertisements for $1 iced raspberry drink was on my radar. My kids wished they’d got one as well because it was just what I needed after some shopping. Queues were long but staff were quick in getting through everyone and delivering the food. I’ll be back to try some chicken soon. Note: wheelchair friendly. Kid friendly. Good parking at Eastland.

Went to get kfc not realising it closed 10mins before we got there, and was rudely told to it was closed and to go away by a girl named Shannon. So we left, and then saw two men asking for food as well and that Shannon was flirting with while telling them it was closed but then proceeded to give those two men a full bag of free food anyway. We then went back and asked why she gave them food, and another worker said "we are closed and it didn't happen'. then Shannon came to the counter and rolled her eyes and was very rude and obnoxious to us when we asked about why she gave those guys a bag of free food, after not serving us. She was very unprofessional towards us and towards the customers she was flirting with. Wouldn't recommend going here as the staff are very unprofessional and very rude.

Had many good experiences, but been let down a couple times.

Cost me $4.7 much more expensive than hunger jack and McDonald, but most importantly too soft to eat, tasted like it was cooked yesterday, worst ever, I’m serious and I’m very unhappy abt the experience

Very unprofessional and uncourteous staff. While giving away orders no respect to customers.

Tasty food but hopelessly inefficient method of fulfilling orders in sequential order only. Multiple staff stand around waiting for burgers & wraps to be made, yet people with simple already prepared orders like mine which was a regular popcorn chicken and a piece of original recipe are forced to wait while front counter staff basically do nothing. Frustrating!
