Nice atmosphere. Carrot cake was great!

Kind staff, great portions. Food is pretty good. The oversized burger is very impressive to look at! A bit more challenging to eat, and definitely not the best burger in town... The steak sandwich was not bad. Blue Heaven milkshake is delicious 😋 Will probably come back to try other things on the menu.

A very friendly cafe with great fruit toast. I was really impressed with the service. Don't be lured to trendier cafes. Cafe Java feels like a genuine local cafe where you could sit for hours and soak up the village vibes. After I left I got in a conversation with a regular who's been going every day for eight years. Now THAT'S an endorsement.

reasonable prices, fantastic food, tasty coffee, children friendly, laid back and just plain amazing breakfast experience without fancy words in dish names. simple perfection.

Lovely Cafe. Reasonably priced, good portions and a nice atmosphere. Two things that are a rarity in these sourdough and avo times that this cafe does, sourdough that doesn't break your jaw and butter on the toast! Definitely coming back to Java.

Great place to grab a quick bite or simply have a coffee outside they do have a smoking area. to those that constantly complain about smokers -the day you stop driving your vehicle and stop eating sugar to curb obesity is the day you can complain. Honestly people, such Petty reviews I'm reading further down. Kindly get a life 😇 . Back to the cafe highly recommend fantastic atmosphere outside very cosmopolitan.

good food friendly service but i dont really like the chair layout

I had a great cauliflower soup and following with great coffee. Very relaxing spot with alfresco dining. Staff were friendly and helpful. Menus is small but very affordable. Highly recommended for a great meal.

Dropped by for my morning soy cappacino and couldn't resist the almond croissant 🥐. This place is in a great location right in the heart of yarraville. The window seats with the cushions are a great spot to sit down and enjoy the area. The croissant was delicious matched perfectly with the coffee finished with some sparkling water and I was set for the day.
