Good food okay ambiance
Excellent Food & Service
Good food
Been to Jasmin1 in Auburn many times. Always received a great service. Great food. Great portion and reasonably priced. I usually order the mix sheesh platter which is my favourite. Their dips (hummus, garlic sauce, etc) are great. And delicious baklavaβs for dessert. The restaurant gets quite busy on weekends so better to get there early.
I needed to buy some food for a small gathering at work I was told about this place by a friend so I checked out their website and noticed they had a "online order" option. I tried to create an order but the website just wasn't having it; the payment option kept loading but would never complete. Anyway, I was tossing up the option to drive there and and ordering in person and coming back to pick it up later, or to call them up and to see if I could just order over the phone and then pick it up once I arrived. I ended up calling them up and the over-the-phone service was fantastic. I was able to create the order without any complications and it was so quick and convenient. I wasn't hassled to make a deposit like some other places do and I'll be looking forward to eating the delicious looking food.
Jasmin1 labense Restaurant located on 22 Road Drive Auburn NSW -------------------------------------------------------- we ordered large mashawi which has Lamb kebab Kafta and chicken tawook basically everything which a labense restaurants are famous for.. Taste wise it's very good. Reasonable prices. customer service is exceptional... don't forget to try black tea which is very good and nice aroma of cardamom and other spices...helps to digest the yummiest food... street parking is available all around the restaurant...
I am a regular at Jasmin1. I am always satisfied with the quality of food. But I would like to address the hospitality and ambience of the restaurant. Firstly, the waitresses are extremely unprofessional and rude with customers. They are on edge and speak to customers with no respect. Secondly, there are young waiters (trainee) assumably just hovering around the tables and constantly asking if we want to order anything else. It was such an uncomfortable experience when you are trying to relax and enjoy your meal end of the day. The young boys have extremely poor communication skills, and when asked about the menu they said I'm not taking order. I witnessed a waitress being extremely rude to a family who was requesting to to change the order. I was completely shocked! Customers pay for your food and your service. We pay you, so show us some respect. At the end of the day, it's your customers that help you pay your wages and bills. Nice manner and smile are priceless.
Great food. Great place.
Place wasn't pleasant. Cutlery wasn't clean and the service was some of the worst I've ever experienced. They overcooked the chips- clearly having recycled some from a previous precooked batch. Some of the food was great and some was terrible. This Jasmin1 was just not good, you're definitely better off going a few suburbs away to a better one
The Lebanese food here is always delicious followed with a quick friendly service. The meals are usually accompanied by fresh salad and Lebanese bread.. Great place to your family.
