Good service nice coffee

Food was good.

Service was ok but food quality was poor and it was also overpriced. You definitely are alerted to double check what comes in your meal and sizes of the coffee to avoid unnecessary paying on the food that are not worth the money. Every simple bread meal comes with side salad with tastes as soaked in condensed white vinegar. The crepe tastes like being there for two days as the edge has become hard and crusty. The inside food of the crepe was smelly making me and my daughter didn't touch if at all. The croissant was micro waved which was never seen at any other cafes as the it made the croissant soggy. The "medium" sized coffees came in huge water glasses which tastes really plain, unmatched with the prices ($6+ I think) My family will definitely not come back again.

Delicious coffee. Never too bitter. Very consistent coffee, and tasty snacks.

$7 bucks for a ice coffee which could hardly taste the coffee and the small amount of ice cream in it was pretty much almost melted

Susan and staff are great This is the Jamaica Blue closer to Myer just outside Sussans not the other one you mentioned I would like this changed

Friendly staff, and great coffee. Excellent place to snack and take a break from shopping.

Perhaps I get spoilt by the many excellent coffee joints in the CBD, but used dishwasher water would be nicer than what they try to pass off as coffee here! Weak and totally tasteless is being generous. Had to walk away in the end just write it off as a loss! Shane that one store can damage a brand so much.

I received great customer service by the lovely blonde worker named Hayley. She had good knowledge of the menu and was very bubbly and kind. #gohayley
