Pathetic food

This restaurant looks beautiful and has a decent size of dining area. Only a table of 3 were dining and rest was empty. I've never had any experienced with staff used a pen to greet and seat us while she was sitting and taking takeaway orders at the far counter. Later I saw another wait staff but she never served us, chatted with chef a little and disappeared. We got a wrong order. We ordered plain naan but the staff confidently served the butter naan. It was no point of telling, because she could upset me more. Goat curry was rich & tender but eggplant curry was tasted a lot more of frozen peas curry. Sweet platter was really delicious:) Over all I am happy to give 1☆

Food is alright. My recent visit for a party was good. But I went about 3-4 years back and has a very cold experience. Haven't been since apart from the party I got invited to last week but definitely looks like an improvement.

Very impressed. Feels like it's home-cooked for some reason. None of that commercial fee & taste. Mostly, I liked the fact that it tasted better and way different from other indian restaurants. I felt I was eating quality ingredients, foods. Well worth it! Enjoy!

Tonight's experience with both the restaurant and Menulog was less than 1 star and waaaay too expensive for what was eventually dished up (cold may I add). Ordered at 7:35 and the Menulog screen said that the order would be delivered by 8:20-8:45pm. At 8:15 the screen said the driver was at the restaurant. At 8:45 the screen still said the driver was at the restaurant. I called the restaurant and the lady said that the driver didn't show up and my food has been sitting in a warm bag for the last half hour +. I asked her why they didn't call another driver to pick my now cooling food up! She told me it wasn't her responsibility and I needed to call Menulog myself to work out what was going on! She actually made it sound like it was my problem that the food was cooked and not picked up. Not cool Jai Ho, not cool! Called Menulog and the lady at Menulog blamed the restaurant because apparently they weren't supposed to cook the food and leave it sitting there before a Menulog driver was confirmed as they were short staffed and to cover the trouble I could have a $10 voucher if I used it by September, lucky me. I eventually got a cold order delivered around 9:20pm after the rest of the family had eaten. Luckily after reheating it in the microwave it tasted good, aside from the garlic naan which tasted like a tough old boot from sitting out for too long. The attitude of both the restaurant and menulog were pretty garbage.

We did a function at Jai Ho last week and the ambience, facilities, service and food was simply awesome. All our guests praised the food and location is very convenient with ample parking right outside this restaurant. We were well looked after with proper communication from day 1 and I highly recommend this place for any parties. You won't be disappointed.

Great food great atmosphere just a bit slow in food prep but it’s worth the wait.

Good place. Decent environment. Good food. I highly recommend they add 2 more air conditioners in their function area. Recently, it got very hot even after having their existing two ACs on full.
