Jade Chopsticks

The absolute worst meal I've had in my 18 months in Australia. Full of defrosted peas and carrots, no flavour, worst Chinese I've had since a food court in America.

One place for this food, the bin! Lady on phone was lovely but oh my god. Where do I start? Chicken was rotten in both sweet and sour and schezuan chicken, Entree was frozen in the middle. Disgusting. Straight to the bin!

As a frequent visitor, I found out that the management/owners has changed as of November 2020 and their super nice people! So far my experiences there has definitely improved then before. Hopefully they will be able to make it a place better and gain the more customers in the future!

I wanted to love this I really did, our favourite wheeler gardens was closed so I put my faith and a lot of money in a big family dinner, and I am a cook also, i love San chow bow and for $14 half of it was filled with defrosted veg pea corn and carrot mix, and the Mongolian lamb was the worse I have ever had, i really wanted to throw up, I don't know how this place has survived for so long, I think they need to review these reviews and either change there budget food supply and actually but some money in there produce anf retrain there cooks.

I just returned to Sydney. The owner of this restaurant is a very friendly lady and also my friend. Since she bought this restaurant a few months ago, she has worked very hard to run the business, but because the restaurant is transferred Previously, the online reviews were very bad, which seriously affected the reputation of the restaurant. She was very sad, but she still worked hard to improve the quality of the food and serve the customers. Now the reviews are getting better! We are all proud of her! Good job!

Not sure about the previous low posts, this place is one of the best Chinese food places I’ve had. And I love Chinese food and wouldn’t normally write a review, but this seems necessary. It’s fresh. People saying it takes ages and doesn’t taste like Chinese food are unaware of what it takes. They do take a while to prepare, however, they make I request. This means it is frau as they come and NOT pumped full of MSG which some are used to associating with Chinese food. Trust me - give it a go and appreciate it takes a bit of time to make and don’t expect the MSG punch in the face. Better off riding and picking up then menulog. They steal from small businesses.

Not sure why are there so many bad reviews about this place, the lady at the front counter is so friendly and the fried rice I ordered is always the best! My man doesn't fancy fried rice but he thinks their fried rice is really yummy and went back for more! This will be my new go-to chinese in Dee Why!

Best Chinese on the beaches! Been coming here for years Never disappoints! Always arrives quicker than they say it will when we get delivery. Always hot and fresh too!!!

Very poor quality food.

Food was OK just average take away Chinese food. Staff were very friendly.
