Food is fabulous here especially the pies, sausage rolls and sweet pastries. Staff were friendly and attentive. Took a star off because my coffee was average and tasted burnt.

We Enjoyed our Coffee At Jackman and McRoss, would have stopped for Breakfast but unfortunately they only serve half of what people want, such as Poached eggs and Omelette's, but not Fried Eggs, so we had to eat elsewhere.🙄😊

Good sweets and pastries, perfect way to start the day when not that hungry. Was very busy and could not get a table.

Shame. Rude Counter Staff the middle aged lady is rather unpleasant, needs some training in service and manners.

Loved the food and ambiance. Service was prompt and food was served in a reasonable time. Very affordable, not ludicrous for a poplar place. The setting was absolutely gorgeous. Love this part of Battery Point. I highly recommend . Coffee was great too

overrated pie shop. we tried 2 types of pies. very average.I am not saying it was bad tho. 4 stars for excellent customer service.
